Welcome to H2OBros, operated by Pure View Inc DBA H2OBros (“H2OBros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or submitting any form through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or submit a service request.


1. Services

Pure View Inc DBA H2OBros provides professional window cleaning and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties throughout South Florida, including Palm Beach County, Broward County, Martin County, and Miami-Dade County.


2. Booking Requests and Confirmation

Submitting a service request form, quote request, or appointment request does not guarantee a confirmed booking.

After receiving your submission, Pure View Inc DBA H2OBros will contact you via phone call, email, or text message to confirm scheduling availability, service details, and final pricing.


3. Estimates and Pricing

All pricing provided through our website, phone, email, or text is based on the information provided by the customer.

If the actual job site conditions differ from what was described (including but not limited to additional windows, accessibility issues, heavy buildup, specialty stains, or equipment needs), we reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any adjustments will be communicated prior to beginning work.


4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may place a temporary authorization hold on a card on file prior to the scheduled appointment to ensure funds are available. Charges will only be processed once services are completed.


5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to provide access to the property, may result in a cancellation fee up to the full value of the scheduled service.


6. Access to Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring the service location is accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

If our team arrives and cannot access the property or cannot reach the customer, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you within 30 minutes, the appointment may be marked as missed and the full service fee may be charged.


7. Safety and Service Conditions

Pure View Inc DBA H2OBros reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or stop service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, including but not limited to:

  • Unsafe work areas or hazardous conditions

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Aggressive or uncontrolled pets

  • Structural instability or unsafe ladders/surfaces

  • Inappropriate or threatening customer behavior

  • Disconnected utilities when required for service

If service must be discontinued due to safety concerns, the cancellation policy may apply.


8. Pets and Animals

We are happy to work around pets. However, if an animal presents a safety risk, we may request that the pet be secured. If conditions remain unsafe, our team may leave the site and the cancellation policy may apply.


9. Service Quality and Limitations

We aim to deliver high-quality results on every job. However, certain stains, scratches, oxidation, mineral buildup, hard water deposits, or pre-existing damage may not be fully removable.

By booking service, you acknowledge that results may vary depending on glass condition and surface wear.


10. Refunds and Corrections

Refunds are not offered.

If you believe the service was incomplete or performed incorrectly, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, provide a correction at no additional cost.


11. Liability and Property Damage

We take reasonable care to avoid damage during service. Pure View Inc DBA H2OBros is not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Defective or improperly installed windows/screens

  • Fragile items not disclosed prior to service

  • Water intrusion caused by faulty seals or window frames

If damage is caused directly by our team due to negligence, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue appropriately.


12. Non-Solicitation

By using our services, you agree not to directly hire or solicit any employees, contractors, or representatives of Pure View Inc DBA H2OBros for similar services outside of our company for a period of one (1) year after service completion.


SMS Text Messaging Terms

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages, you agree to the following:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Scheduling and rescheduling updates

  • Quote follow-ups

14. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

After texting STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from us. If you wish to re-enroll, you may opt in again through our website.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.


19. Changes to These Terms
